IT is proud to offer a variety of services that help keep the campus running efficiently.  Our Help Desk is located on the second floor of Spiva Library and our Help Desk workers are always willing to help.

Student Services:

• Looking up Southern ID Numbers
• Looking up student PINs
• Help connecting to the wireless
• Assistance navigating LioNet
• Help logging in to MyMail
• Assistance with Novell logins

*We would like to note that our department only works on MSSU-owned equipment.  We are unable to work on student-owned machines except for configuring the wireless internet.

Faculty/Staff Services:

For faculty/staff members with PC issues, our Help Desk offers troubleshooting over the phone and for problems which cannot be resolved via phone we have a full staff of PC technicians who are available to examine PCs and related hardware.
